Insurance?
They took out my monthly ins before I finished talking to the staff member to see how it works. I was not satisfied and wanted them to return my payment asap, but was told 7-10days, I think they could have reversed the charges the same day. I hope who ever reads this will put the money back on my account soon.

I didn't like the way the insurance…
I didn't like the way the insurance works, I'm also waiting for my refund as I canceled right away, but they ran my credit card right away. They want you to pay the vet and reimburse you. Insurance is they pay there portion and you pay yours, only 2500 per year covered. I'm sure some people are ok with this I was not.
