Absolutely cannot beat doc files claim same day you tell us what you pay and what we owe - we pay doc only our part - no waiting for reimbursement - no hassle - soooo wonderful!!!!!

Trupanion review
Claim turnaround is often slow, for example my two most recent claims were mishandled. No reply for weeks on first one then next one the meds were reimbursed but not the vet visit apparently it was missed Iâm still waiting. Other issue is that I never have any idea what will be covered so I dread taking my dog in for anything. The policy goes on for pages and pages and I am very very busy canât deal with trying to figure it out. All that being said I would rather have the insurance than not.

Best decision we have made for our pups!
I can't praise everyone enough. I've spoken to several ppl and unfortunately has to submit several claims and everyone I've talked to is so compassionate and helpful, getting answers right away. It's a relief knowing we have this during such a difficult time we're going through with the health of our pup. I've been recommending Trupanion to anyone who has a dog that we know! This experience is a great example and my husband and I put the Trupanion name out there everytime we discuss our dogs health.
