No hassles

Though claims aren't handled quite as fast as I feel they could be, they are always processed without any hassle. The website and member portal are easy to use. I would recommend ASPCA in general.

Trupanion scam

Purchase policy in 2017, pet was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2019. Pet again has been diagnosed in 2023. Filed a claim for this ongoing condition and was again charged deductible, told to file appeal. Appeal filed and after numerous calls keep being told "we're working on it. Keep getting the runaround and told we are shorthanded. Nobody calls you back when requested. Look for other providers
