Parts are made so fast and that’s so important
You make they payments quickly and that’s appreciated. I did notice that my insurance went up a lot and for that I’m not pleased.

My first time getting pet insurance!
I just signed up, so I don't really know how to answer. I will say that after reviewing many (too many in fact) Pet Ins websites I decided to go with ManyPets for the value it adds and reviews I had read. However, I will say that your website and the way info is accessed could be improved. There were things that I didn't know about until after I had signed up for that I would have liked to know in advance.

They never communicate and tell you…
They never communicate and tell you anything about your claim. If they don’t cover your claim they don’t Communicate and tell you why. I don’t have my online account set up yet, so they never tell me anything. I am very dissatisfied with this pet insurance. It doesn’t seem like they cover very much either and they just raise your premium without even letting you know.

Embrace Made All the Difference
I’ve been with Embrace since 2019. Up until this experience, I had never used my plan. I feel like it is important to mention because, at one point last year, I questioned why I would continue to insure my 13-year-old dog. This year, it became clear. Embrace went above and beyond in ways I cannot explain. For several weeks, I thought I would not be able to afford a critical surgery for my dog. Embrace, and their employees, made it happen. It may have taken several years, but I’ll never forget what Embrace did for me. They did not behave like an insurance company. Instead, they treated me as a stressed out pet owner who needed a little extra help and understanding. Embrace enabled me to afford a surgery for my 13-year-old dog that otherwise I couldn’t logically spend on him. I believe they gave me a little more time with him. And that, is worth so much more than I can possibly describe… as I’m sure anyone reading this will understand.

Trupanion help with cat cancer treatment
We have not needed Trupanion much but the current cat has needed thyroid treatment and now cancer treatment, and we are so lucky to have Trupanion thru all this. The vets being able to submit the claims is priceless now that we as seniors as have more health paperwork ourselves to contend with. We get a "claim filed' email almost instantly and payment confirmation and direct deposit within days of vet visits. I do object however, to the office visit charge for chemo treatments not being covered. Those are not routine checkups, they are a required part of her chemo infusions and treatment.
