Truly, I’m hoping not to have to be in touch with the company too often for the obvious reason (health problems), but as far as plan options and offered coverage, I’m at peace knowing that my fur baby is protected. Trupanion came through just as they promised!!
We have had Trupanion since the beginning and I would never go with any other insurance company! This week our Pomeranian needed a very rare and expensive surgery that required his gullbladder to be removed. Trupanion came through!! They covered everything they said they would! And they did it fast! I could rest a little easier knowing my dog was getting the best care and the the financial part was mostly covered. I tell all my friends and family about trupanion because I wouldn’t be without it. And now I see first hand that they cover that they say will! Thanks trupanion

There were no problems claims are being processed much quicker now which is good.... I just wish the deductible wasn't so high for my pet but other than that I have no problem with the pet insurance thank you 🐾🐾

As always my claims were processed speedily and fairly. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would accept a prescription diet as being essential to the treatment of my girl's colitis, gastrointestinal and allergy issues and cover that. As my vet put it, food is medicine.

LIFE SAVERS! Our pup got into some grapes and what could have been a catastrophic vet bill became very manageable.
