I am so glad I chose Pets Best!
I am new to Pets Best, so I was skeptical when I filed my first claim: skeptical about how difficult the process would be, certain there would be some loop-hole, and predicting months-long turn-around time. But to my surprise: NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! Pets Best reviewed the claim in less than 2 weeks, paid out exactly as was promised when I signed up, and the claim submission process couldn't have been more simple. I highly recommend Pets Best.

I had to cancel my insurance due to…
I had to cancel my insurance due to money issues, but this company is wonderful. There was a mix up with my billing and I reached out to their 24hr customer service line. They were very nice even though I was not at first. They helped me out and got the issue resolved. The next day there was another issue. Again I was upset but they were very nice and fixed it immediately. I could not have asked for better customer service. They were wonderful just wish prices were more affordable!
