Pets best insurance is great! Amazing coverage and reasonable deductibles. Easy to file claims online and they review claims quickly and email you with any issues right away! Highly recommend.

Trupanion is a wonderful pet insurance company. Unfortunately my dog has had many claims due to ongoing issues and Trupanion is always there to help and quick to reimburse. I would never use anyone else

Good insurance & easy to deal with.
I bought insurance hoping that I would never need it, but life did not work out that way. My 10 month old golden retriever had an incident where he broke his leg. On top of this stress, our region of the US had an ice storm that left vet offices closed and his surgery was postponed by over a week. Figo was so easy to work with to submit his many vet bills (surgery, follow up x-rays, and physical therapy), and the reimbursement payments came quickly. In addition to the basics of pet insurance, Figo offers messaging with veterinarians through the app which provided relief when our vets couldn't get into their offices and I had questions about how to keep my puppy calm with his injuries.

It was really hard to figure out that the insurance is offered in my state, but the Wellness plan isn't! It would be helpful to distinguish those in the list of available states on the FAQ page, or do a separate list. Thanks!
