Usually very happy. But it took over a month to get my $$. And I had to check in twice. You do realize the credit card companies charge interest after 21 days. Should be quicker

Hannah was super-helpful, patiently explaining exactly how the pre-approval process works. And then she followed up very promptly by email. Also, I submitted the estimate from the vet and the pre-approval form Hannah had emailed to me. I got a reply in less than 24 hours, breaking down exactly what would be covered and whether a deductible would apply. Trupanionâs speedy turnaround time meant my cat got his medical treatment with no delays.
