Easy Process
It was easy to submit a claim and my claims were approved and paid out within about 24 hours. Such a relief. Can’t imagine what we would do for our kitty with asthma if we didn’t have insurance.

deductibles not clearly explained
I was disappointed to learn that there was a $300 deductible that isn't met right away. I thought that the total invoice would meet deductible but found out only partial dollars of invoice are used , So one would have to see vet multiple times before meeting deductible. That wasn't clearly elaborated to me. Also, they take their time reimbursing
