Cancels insurance for no reason!
Sonnet started off very affordable. After some time however, it went up by $300/M for various rate increases, including no fault accidents… I now pay $500/m. I applied a student alumni group discount and it disappeared off my account next payment. Then I got canceled. They claimed I didn’t pay, and when I called they said it was a “glitch in the system” causing the payment not to register/confirm. Just when I thought everything was better, I get a letter (2 months later) in the mail saying my car is going to be taken back because I broke contract by having insurance cancelled! (Ever try to get insurance from another company after showing you’ve had a cancellation on file!?!) … so, now I have to call my car company. They tell me that in March, 2M ago, sonnet sent a registered letter to BMW saying I didn’t pay and I lost insurance…if I don’t prove otherwise I LOSE MY CAR. So I call sonnet and the “hero” tells me he can send me a letter confirming insurance and I can take it to bmw and I can run around. I demand he undo whatever they did because it wasn’t my fault, have some accountability and don’t put this on me. HE TOLD ME I RUINED HIS DAY!!! As if my day was perfect and that’s why I was calling lol it is still up to me FYI. I have to do all the running around…. I’ll be canceling this insurance company as soon as my contract is up!! I only wish I had looked up insurance now and gone ahead with their “cancelation”….but they already have my money so I can’t!!! They have suckered me in so I can’t go anywhere else! Including showing cancellations on my file!! Huge scam site!!!!! Don’t trust them! I know the low price is a huge motivator … but it DOES come back to bite you!!!! I pay $500/M for this treatment! lol

I am so HAPPY I purchased this Insurance from ASPCA. I have had to make MANY claims, unfortunately but they were always quick to process & payout!!! I am on a fixed income & Seriously, this Insurance has been such a BLESSING !!!! It's so easy to do the claim & if you have ANY questions the customer service is the BEST. They are all SWEET, CARING & HAPPY to help. I can't say enough good things about their help & WONDERFUL PERSONALITIES!!! I don't do B.S. reviews, I want you to know you WILL NOT regret choosing ASPCA for dog or cat insurances!!!! They have saved me lots of money. My German Shepherd has had several very expensive medical problems and had I been without this complete coverage insurance, I would be in deep debt today!!!! Veterinarian prices are so high and (just like children) you never know from day to day what accident or injury one will have and you DO NOT want to get caught without insurances!!! I have had my German Shepherd insured thru ASPCA for about 5 and a half years, in that span of time they have only did a SMALL price increase ONCE (It was no biggie)! I cannot say enough GOOD ABOUT THEM!!! I can honestly say you will not regret taking out insurance thru ASPCA!!!! THEY HAVE BEEN THE BEST!!!!

Quick, efficient, as promised
I am dealing with a VERY sick poodle puppy. We've had three visits to the emergency hospital in the past ten days. The prognosis is guarded. Trupanion has come through on all three claims, as promised, handling each one in 48 hours or less. No arguments, no hassle. Retired, on a fixed income, so this is important.

I purchased the ins several years ago after getting Labradoodle puppy’s and not once have regretted that decision. Making a claim is easy and efficient. The staff is caring, concerned, professional, and prompt with coverage reimbursement. I would and have recommended healthy paws to friends and family who also have coverage through them now! My boyz are glad to be taken so well cared of.🐾😁

Despite the fact we should have done this earlier, could not be more happy that we did it now and had the most help with all of our many questions from Jeff.
