Extremely poor service.
Extremely poor service. After my contract with Sonnet finished, they attempted to charge my card again. Despite sending proof that I moved from my previous apartment, this issue is still not resolved (after 6 months!). All email replies from them are arriving with 2-3 weeks delay, always with the same pre-written text, suggesting to contact them again (which I did, with no resolution) Avoid at all cost!

Not much benefits for new puppy owners…
Not much benefits for new puppy owners that needs all vaccine shots, wellness exam fees. And neuter benefits especially for cryptorchid procedures. Paying about $50.00 a month and all I'm receiving back is $90.00 and Ihave already met the maximum benefits for vaccine and wellness check . Probably cheaper to go with another insurance with better benefits or not even have insurance. I'm paying the vet and the insurance for less benefits than expected. I think even if I had purchased all the other extra fees , extra Care package, wellness PLUS, veterinary exam fees and what all the other extra "more" coverage additions, I would just throwing away all that money into nothingness.

Love Healthy Paws & Highly Recommend!
I love Healthy Paws! Unfortunately my frenchie, Gidgit, has had a lot of health issues with her eye and her back/neck. She has to do water treadmill and laser rehab every month, she has reoccuring eye ulcers that happen every so often and Healthy Paws has been there every step of the way. Luckily my boy Tonka doesn't have these issues but he is covered too and I would recommend Healthy Paws for ANY pet, you just never know what could happen. Healthy Paws is no hassle, great customer service and pays you back quickly.
