A little long!
I thought the representative was great but the process itself was too long! Surely a few steps can be taken out or some of the âverbiageâ could be simplified.

Make sure every vet itemizes the invoice
They didnât cover any of the visit. The visit was a rehab consultation with a laser treatment. The vet didnât itemize and Iâm guessing Trupanion didnât call. Going to have to call the vet myself and get them to itemize the bill so I can dispute Trupanionâs decision.
