Very supportive and beneficial!
I signed up with Trupanion for my dog Lucy on my way home from the breeder. Best move I ever made! Lucy is currently in a rehab program at the Vet. Trupanion pays the vet within minutes of them receiving a bill directly from my Vet. Makes it easy for me! Trupanion is helpful, caring and supportive ALL THE TIME!!! They never failed me. Thank you Trupanion!

Love having Trupanion
Love having Trupanion! It gives us piece of mind with our dogs that if anything happens we are covered. We have used it twice within a 6 month period for one dog and it was a huge financial saver!

The person I spoke to was very friendly…
The person I spoke to was very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the website and contacting sonnet is not an easy experience. Proper coverage was not provided and was not disclosed properly so my insurance was insufficient. Requested to have policy canceled (in less than a month time) upon this discovery thanks to my auto loan provider. Policy was not cancelled and incurred NSF charges as well. Would not recommend Sonnet and warn other who use it to be careful.

Great insurance!
I am a new policyholder, but comparatively speaking, the rates were more attractive than competitors. They also offer coverage that other companies don't. So far, so good! ASPCA is a wonderful organization doing important work, so I'm thrilled to be supporting them while protecting my pets! I highly recommend them.

I’ve had this accident insurance for my dog for several years. The premiums are reasonable for Accident only Unfortunately, I had to make a claim recently. The insurance company paid out according to the terms of the policy. my bill was just over $1000 and my reimbursement was $600 something after co-pays and deductible and they didn’t cover a supplement. The claim took a couple of weeks to process. Thank you!

Don't bother looking anywhere else
Look -- I don't typically write reviews, and yes, I get that saying that already sets this up to be suspect, but I can't stress how much I love and appreciate healthy paws. They've been covering my furbaby since he was a puppy, and he just turned 8 this year. In his short lifetime, he's had to have 2 major surgeries, in addition to a boatload of testing and other things I'm sure seem unpleasant for him. I have never had to worry about about making sure he gets the medical care he needs. Healthy Paws has ALWAYS processed my (numerous) claims quickly (usually less than 24 hours), and I've always gotten coverage payouts quickly as well (usually less than 24 hours after receiving claims processing notice). No coverage caps. Only reasonable policy exclusions. I've always found their coverage policies and prices to be fair as my dog has aged, and I plan to cover any/all pets in my care with them in the future.
