Stay Away from Them!
Horrible customer service in trying to get my claim resolved for my dog. I have called at least 6 times in the last 2 months and each time I received a different response to the issue. Once this claim is paid I will be dropping them. Do yourself a favor and don't go with them. I have paid premiums for 5 years and can't get a simple claim paid.

I'm not understanding of your fixed dates per the policy versus real needs or change in scheduling.
I'm not understanding of your calendar, or policy renewal versus when medical attention is needed. Additionally, when you have puppies sometimes it is not a year before the vaccinations as the first ones are needed ASAP. then the next ones start the annual schedule. You could clearly see that they will not be redone until the following year. While you may say yes dates are correct who is going to remember --- Oh let's see is this one a policy renewal date or one full year. It is in the animals best interest to do as required. I am not going to bore you with the required detail you ask in how to write a good review. You can just look in our records and as I expect you will write a rebuttal stating the policy terms. Totally okay with that however that does not change your interpretation of what and when things are needed. I am seriously considering cancelling as my investment with your company has not been beneficial as you profess it to be.

Easy and awesome!
The claims process was quick and painless, very easy to got through the steps and submit. Payments for approved claims came in very quickly as well. Very happy with our experience and will definitely do business with Embrace for all our future fur babies.

As happy as I can be with an insurance company
Overall I'm really happy with the quick service and reimbursements through the claims process. They process claims within a few days, reimburse within 2 days of that and haven't questioned any of the claims that I've submitted. I recommend Embrace to other people I know when we speak about Pet Insurance. I got the plan where 90% is covered after a $750 deductible and it relieved a lot of the stress when my dog got bit and needed stitches.

Best Decision We Made
We bought pet insurance when Sofie was just a few months old. We figured we would probably never need it but wanted it in case we did. Nine years later we needed it. Sofie was just diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. Embrace stepped up and covered her expenses. We would have borne the expense of her testing and treatment otherwise. There were no problems filing her claims. It was all handled quickly and smoothly, easing our stress in the process.

Embrace doesn't allow ALL CHANGES…
Embrace doesn't allow all CHANGES (increase in coverage) at renewal although I was told I could make changes at that time. Also, every illness is considered pre-existing....even curable illnesses....and will not be covered in the future, should you decide to re-write your policy. Other companies will include most 'simple' illnesses after a 180 day wait period. Great claims experience but poor customer retention.
