10/10 for Healthy Paws Insurance
I signed up for Healthy Paws when my aussiedoodle was 8 weeks old. She is almost 2 years old and has had several visits to the vet because of her sensitive stomach. I have never had an issue with Healthy Paws not reimbursing for her visits. They do NOT reimburse for exam visits, spay or neuter, or yearly shots but, with my plan, I get 80% back of what they do cover. This last visit to the vet she had was an overnight visit and they even followed up in a sweet email asking how my pup was doing. It’s super easy to file a claim. I just get an itemized statement from her vet, scan it to my computer, upload to Healthy Paws “File a Claim”, and submit. Usually, I see a reimbursement within 72 hours. Sometimes less. My monthly plan is only $23 with a $100 deductible. SO much cheaper than having to come up with hundreds/thousands of dollars in case of an emergency. Wonderful insurance company! I highly recommend them!

So far I’m very pleased with FIGO insurance. I made sure I had all the vet records with vet notes submitted before the claim. It was also very easy to submit a claim with the app. I received reimbursement very quickly after I submitted a claim.
