Great experience
While the claim process took a little more time than expected, but they kept up in the loop notifying us things were taking longer than normal. They were thorough and provided detailed explanation of the claim. Better explanation that I could have imagined. Really appreciated the communication and the entire process was simple from our end.

Asking for a review 7 days after I signed up, yet the waiting period is 14 days before insurance kicks in is a waste of time. One star for that. Also one star because my rate was an addtl $2 higher per month (which wasn't clear before signing up) if paying monthly, and not annually. Feel like this was a hidden fee and not very transparent of the company.

Efficient service
My dog became very ill and I submitted her very large bills and medical records and the reimbursement was in my bank account in 2 weeks. They were very efficient. With all the tjings I had to worry about; the reimbursement was not one of them.

Embrace is Worth Every Penny
I purchased Embrace pet insurance for my cats when I adopted them as kittens. Since then, when illnesses have come up, Embrace has always been incredibly helpful and paid me quickly. The plans have paid for themselves and will continue to do so as my cats get older.
