When you have a medical problem for your pet, the worry and stress is compounded by many things. Embrace Pet insurance is always efficient and that relieves some of the financial concern. The associates are kind hearted people and they seem to really care about your animal and the family.

Claims take FOREVER to process..
I submitted a number of requests on 3/6/23. Just last week, I received notice that part of one claim was paid.. just the vaccines my dog received on a wellness visit where a bladder infection was discovered. The cost around diagnosing and treating the infection, plus a follow up visit, are STILL pending. I was told they needed my vet records, which they received weeks ago. My records only go back to age 7 however, as my dog was adopted at that age, so perhaps they are using that as an excuse? I'm really not sure. I gave two stars because the claims are easy to submit, but as of today I've received a total of $85 of $558 spent w/ a $250 deductible. I'm shelling out $178 a month to fully insure 2 dogs. I can't say it's been worth it and am considering cancelling and going with another carrier.
