First time we have made a claim. Didn't have the pre-insurance medical records we should have submitted when we first purchased the coverage. Embrace was helpful getting all of that caught up; I was surprised because they could have denied the claim because of that. Instead they very efficiently helped us get the paperwork - old and new - and processed the claim very quickly.

What I really like about this Trupanion Company is they always in there every-time you needed them, they process your claims right away, they’ve answered email or phone calls right away, they will tell you if you’re problem with your pet is completely covered, from there you’ll know what to do. It’s understandable that they raised the premium gradually, I think it’s worth it! When your pet needed help..TRUPANION IS IN ACTION!
