I paid for cat insurance for years…
I paid for cat insurance for years before needing to use it. I had to pay out of pocket - ok. My first bill was nearly $2K. Then I got a check a few weeks later. Second time I used it, I got a check a month later. I now have a claim and it has been nearly a month and the status is in "que". It would appear service was excellent in the BEGINNING. Each time the wait is longer and longer. I have not had pet insurance before, so I have nothing to compare it to.

My 4 year old Great Dane came down with…
My 4 year old Great Dane came down with Aspiration Pneumonia. The first Hospital stabilized him and did a great job but Murphy was too large for them to manage long term. I had what I thought was a moderate bill and Trupanion was there for him. This invoice continued to another at the next Hospital. But for the first treatment at the first hospital the bills were taken care of as advertised with speed and accuracy. I simply forwarded the closed out bill to Trupanion and they advised me my deductible was taken care of for the next hospital bill since it is a continuation of treatment. That bill is estimated at just over $30,000 dollars and I have no fear, Trupanion promised no maximum and they will cover their 90 percent for whatever it costs to get Murphy back to health. My next review will be of the follow on care Murphy (who is now recovering very well as of this post with ten more days to recover) Murphy almost passed the day he reached 105.8 degree fever. The hospital and Trupanion saved his life. Get Trupanion because you can have it for years like us and one major event pays off. Thank you Trupanion! Eric F and Murphy! ❤️👏

Best pet insurance around!
Many pets has been a life saver for my pup who needed surgery, and so convenient for regular health care for all my other pets on the wellness plan! They are quick to approve claims and clear on what the cover and don’t! They cover more than any other insurance I have researched! I do wish that there was an option to cover 90% or 100% of accident and illness ( I would happily pay more for more coverage) or any option to just have the wellness plan (my cats are indoor cats and will likely never have an accident). However this does not change how much I love many pets!

We have been with Embrace for at least 5 years. We had a different company but switched when they changed their policy and the change drove the costs very high. So I looked around. I made the change to embrace and am very pleased. Their phone support is great!
