You do everything right and still it happens.... Trupanion came through for me....
I recently had to have shoulder arthroscopic surgery on my 7 month old puppy. He somehow broke his shoulder blade. For the first time ever I bought insurance on a whim. Talked to several friends with advanced performance dogs and they recommended Trupanion. Trupanion was true to their word and even though I'd only had the policy for a few months paid all expenses they set forth in the policy. They basically are allowing me to give my puppy the expert/specialist care he deserves and to live a pain free life and hopefully perform at an advanced level. I'm very grateful. Pat T.

Trupanion truly is the Cats Meow!
Signing up was extremely easy and Alison Levi answered all my questions. She was attentive, informative and always available. A colleague of hers Eric who is at Ext: 2809 was fantastic as well! Although Trupanion does not cover exam fees which almost caused me to go to a competitor the service was second to none and for me that is worth not having the exam fees covered.
