I can’t cancel my insurance
It’s hard to cancel the insurance as they require you to speak to a live person and whenever you choose option- cancel insurance no one answers. When you file a claim you have to submit a lot of documents before you can get paid depending upon their approval and how much you can get.

So happy with Pet First
I have been a customer ever since adopting my sweet dog. Pet First has always been responsible, courteous and helpful in settling my claims. The only small issue I have is that their EOB's can be confusing but whenever I call customer service, the explanation is always provided so that I could understand how the amounts were calculated. So glad I have Pet First coverage for my dog. Highly recommend!

When we call they are always friendly and happy and such a pleasure to deal with. We were helped promptly when our Weimaraner had massive stomach issues and services were covered. Online accounts are simple and easy to access. Trupanion is a lifesaver !! We will always choose this pet insurance !

The Good Pet Insurance Company
I'm glad I've chosen this insurance company for my 13 years old cat. He's healthy but I decided to have insurance for him. The policy was not expensive. We've had preventive surgery to check a small tumor if it's benign or not. Luckily it wasn't! And this insurance company works well, as I expected. I'm pleased I chose Pets Best.
