New to trupanion
So far I ha e not had to use my trupanion insurance but was an easy transition from previous.

Worst claims experience I have ever…
Worst claims experience I have ever had. Submitted a claim more than two weeks ago and nobody followed up. Called them twice within the two weeks and they only said someone is following up and is going to call me back. No one ever call me back. Called them again and they say did not receive doctors note from vet. which I could have called and requested. So I called the vet. And get all documents they needed. Few days later claim still pending. Called them and they say they “just” received them now and is going to review the claims soon. They never promised a timeline for getting things done. And when they say they are going to call you back they never did. I am not concerned about the money I have to spend I am just not happy with my experience and the way/ process of treating claims. I am seriously considering terminating the policy.

Love Trupanion
We got Trupanion when Toby was about 8 months old. It has paid off in a big way. His medical costs have been over $60k for the 11 years we have had Trupanion. We have been blessed to get back close to or a little over $50k. Toby would not have been able to receive the treatments he deserves without Trupanion. Thank you.

Five stars are for the response and…repayment
Five stars are for the response and repayment of my expenses paid towards the bills for my fur baby . In all the 4+hrs of insurance , unfortunately my fur baby was sick for three times from her early years till now . Whatever money spent on her came back and this is great help in today’s times of financial situations. It’s been 4+hrs with the company , petplan first and now fetch !! Thanks for understanding the situations of our fur babies and helping us back financially. Whatever you pay per month comes back when in need !!! Thanks again.

We have had great results from Fetch
We have had great results from Fetch. Claims are paid fast, and large percentages of our bills have been eligible for reimbursement. My only complaint is that my vet can't file the medical records directly to Fetch. Instead the vet has to give me the documentation to file. My previous insurance received the necessary documentation directly from the vet.
