I’ve had insurance through Pets Best since 2019 for my Lab and Golden Lab cross. They have affordable plans, super easy claim filing, and prompt claim payment. It brings great peace of mind to know that if something unexpected happens to one of my boys, Pets Best will be right there waiting to support us. Amazing company!

Pets Best Claim process
I have submitted 3 claims in order to meet my deductible. One was processed correctly - the others were denied. The reason was that it was not during coverage period. Both that were denied were within the coverage period. Phone calls to Pets Best are useless. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to emails individually. It is a prewritten email that tells you nothing. I am about to report this company to the insurance bureau to see if that gets me anywhere. I would not recommend Pets Best.

Using their online really is easy. They process claims properly the first time. If I have trouble, their customer service is the best.
