She answered my questions, and explained how the policy works, what's covered, how to apply for reimbursement, so I am looking forward to using it in the near future.

Trupanion has been amazing. Not only have they been efficient in their communication but so quick with reimbursement, their app makes it super easy and fast to submit claims, and for us, what has been an emotional roller coaster Trupanion has made this step seamless and painless. I am so very grateful for their support and partnership in being able to help provide my pet with the care she needs so we are able to have her with us, healthy and happy, as long as possible.

Amazingly quick turnaround for claims
This is my second time having to submit claims for my poor little boy who had GI issues that we hope are now permanently resolved. I submitted claims last night, got confirmation of those claims within minutes, and in less than 24 hours the claims are processed. I could not ask for more, I wish human insurance was this easy! Honestly was a little hesitant on getting insurance without having to speak with anybody and paying also without having to speak with anybody best soon as I made my payment my pink card was emailed to me all my info and I saved $2,500 per year for two vehicles and they also sent me a happy birthday email what's a little message I thought it was very nice of them also when I had an issue with my payment they were really helpful and managed to fix my shoe real quick and I had Insurance the same day don't hassle it was my fault with my payment not sonnet
