A caring and trustworthy company.
We enrolled our yorkie when he was a puppy 13 years ago. Around the age of 7 he started to develop some health issues. Over the years he needed special veterinary services to help him with these issues. Two weeks ago at the age of 13 we suddenly lost our little baby after surgery. Trupanion was always there with us when needed and made everything easier. We recommend Trupanion to everyone we know and if we ever have another furry baby we will enroll him/her also. Our thanks and appreciation go to Trupanion and their caring staff.

Pets Best is Truly the Best!
Super easy from the start to my first claim being processed. They have a great online App that I loaded onto my phone that allowed me to see any updates on my claim, policy information, and much more. When I filed my first claim, I received an email right away telling me it was in review. Then I received another when they reached out to my vet for my pup's records, and finally when my claim was accepted and processed. All in all, it took about 6 weeks. I assume it took a bit longer since it was my first claim, so I imagine the next one will be even quicker. What a piece of mind to know my fur baby is in good hands. I will definitely recommend Pets Best to anyone with a fur baby of their own.

Very Dissatisfied
I signed up with Trupanion because it had such great reviews. I signed up back in late 2021. I have been with several other pet insurance companies (VPI, Healthy Paws, Pets Best) and have not had issues with any of them like this company. First complaint, the reimbursement time is terribly slow but the deal breaker for me was when I submitted a measly little claim for an ear infection on my dog that they denied and told it was pre- existing and allergy related because my dog was seem for itchy skin 3 years prior. That itchy skin issue turned out to be fleas if they had only read the entire visit. I'm convinced that everything you submit to them on a dog that isn't signed up as a puppy is considered pre existing. Don't waste your money. If I could give them a zero star I would.

Very easy to submit wish human…
Very easy to submit wish human insurance was this easy. Get checks back fast makes the high cost of pet medical easier and I like the peace of mind knowing I won’t have to go broke should something serious come up. I can put my pet’s health first and not have to decide can I afford certain medical treatments.
