Better for emergency services
The claim was quick which I appreciated. I am disappointed at how little they pay for spays though. I thought it was more than 150. I don't know of any place where it would that cheap. I feel like I could take the money that I'm paying for the additional benefits and save it and pay more for things that pay for the best wellness portion. The coverage for emergencies I find is very important though.

None of the claims are coded correctly…
None of the claims are coded correctly or based on the diagnosis. It’s coded so it can be denied. I reached out to customer support via chat and he ended the chat after I told him what I needed. I continue to pay for no reason apparently
