The person I was speaking with was knowledgeable and responded to all of my questions, on the phone, and in a few follow-up e-mails.
The lady on the phone was NOT pushy at all. She was very realistic in her advice and explained the process very clearly. Her patience was much appreciated - she even waited on the phone while my toddler had a mini-meltdown and for me to go to the car to get my debit card.
The lady I spoke to at customer service was so very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions with great patience and kindness. It was definitely the best customer service I have ever received.
The coverage and services are great but taxes are excluded and it was a surprise to me.

Lazer therapy which is used to reduce the inflammation is not covered and my vet was very surprised about that. But your chat people and people on line are really helpful. Your web site is not French which made a friend to whom I recommended you to hesitate to go with Trupanion.
