Need retraining immediately for your customer service …
We have submitted nursemaid separate claims and including all invoicing not paid . We were told by a rep named Sam that payment would be made to the animal hospital . This was not true so now we are having to pay all up front and then resubmitting each claim separately for the to process this is a very difficult time for our family and you folks are making this so much harder . I would love to speak to upper management about this . I am in the rescue fields and will not be recommending this company to anyone . I was a loyal customer for many years but that is changing after this very poor experience . Bad communication in your part . Being told the wrong things repeatedly and then asking for a communication log and being told they can not do that . Have someone call me 781-799-0651 I would love to review this mess .

Thankful for PetsBest!
We've had PetsBest coverage for both our dogs for years now. PetsBest really came through for us with our older dog when he had TPLO surgery several years ago. Our recent experience with PetsBest began as my wife and I were driving with our two dogs to visit family out of state. On the first day of our drive, our younger dog started vomiting. Unfortunately, even after we had reached our destination and she had several days to settle, her vomiting didn't stop. Being over a thousand miles from home and our primary vet made for a stressful situation. We ultimately made the decision to take her to a Vet ER where she received excellent care and recovered slightly with anti-nausea medication. However, once we returned home, our dog continued vomiting and her weight kept dropping. So, we went to our primary vet and he recommended an Ultrasound which could only be done at our local Vet ER. Thankfully, the Ultrasound was negative. We now have our dog on a new food and are hoping this will be the answer. Currently, we've submitted 4 claims for our dog's current illness and all have been reimbursed. The process for submitting a claim to PetsBest couldn't be more easy. The piece of mind from this experience has made us so incredibly thankful to have PetsBest coverage for our dogs!

Gratitude to Nationwide Pet Insurance
I write this review with sincere gratitude. We have had our pets covered since they were babies and have always had a good experience. Until recently all of our pets were extremely healthy and all young. In May 2022, our dog Tyson (5 years, 1 month) developed a respiratory illness and was treated until his unexpected death in June 2022. Also, in May, our other dog, Lucy (4 years, 11 months) developed the same respiratory illness and has been in continuous treatment. We have spent $11,091.17 in vet bills since May and our plans have paid 78.5% of our total expenses. Without this valuable coverage, we would have had to make heartbreaking decisions about continued care. We did not have to do this with our Nationwide coverage and have been able to provide the highest level of quality care including Emergency and Specialty Care. Our coverage allowed us to feel confident to deliver this care and ease our hearts that we provided the best care to Tyson, even until his untimely death. Your staff and your documents/claims detail, etc has been so sympathetic and thoughtful in every interaction. We couldn't be more pleased with the insurance coverage as well as your service. You have lifelong customers in us, thank you for all that you do!
