Great pet insurance
From submitting claims to speaking with a customer service representative to communications via email, Healthy Paws insurance has been great to deal with. I don’t make that statement lightly, great customer service and a conscientious business is a breath of fresh air.
Embrace claims easy to use and quick!
Embrace has worked out well for our family! Our dog was recently sick and ended up at the vet twice and at the animal hospital. He had multiple tests and several different diagnoses. Embrace handled each claim within a week and we received everything back that we expected. The online claim system makes it very easy!

Embrace has always been very helpful…
Embrace has always been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance. They've covered most of the expenses related to illness/injury (I don't have wellness coverage) and paid out promptly. The people I've spoken to have been knowledgeable, kind and compassionate (when the situation needed compassion). They are very competitive in their pricing. Overall, I have been very pleased with my Embrace experience.

Good turnaround time for processing
The turnaround time for processing claims is very quick and the app is easy to use. I have not yet received my reimbursement, but it's only been a day. This is my first time using pet insurance and I thought it would cover more than it does. I'm not sure it's worth the monthly payment yet.

WHAT CARING IS ALL ABOUT
The person answered my questions very politely. She was knowledgeable and friendly but mostly she acknowledged my pain and I could tell she was genuinely feeling my pain when I reported my pet's death. God bless her.

Spinal Surgery on our Beagle
Our Beagle had spinal surgery on 5/2/2023 due to her discs pressing up against the nerve causing her tremendous pain. The vet recommended she be put down due to her extreme pain (8 years old) if after the MRI was completed (where the problem could be determined) if it couldn't be corrected. Fortunately, surgery was an option and affording it was possible due to my having pet insurance with Healthy Paws. They reimbursed my claim within one week of surgery through Direct Deposit. When given the choice of being able to save our dog through surgery vs. having to put her down due to cost, that would have been difficult to handle. She is coming along great and it makes me grateful to see her and spend time with her each day so she can live the rest of her normal life comfortably and happily. Thank you!
