The insurance plans are very…

The insurance plans are very deceptive/unclear and the customer care representative has been very cold. The customer care representative seemed very cold and was vague and we had to dig in to get information out of him.

So far so good

So far so good. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet and I am thankful for that! I do have peace of mind now and picked a plan suitable for my needs.

Loved Pets Best when I started out…

Loved Pets Best when I started out until I started having claims. Recent claims are for a dog that is older. But, I am paying for that!!!! His most recent wellness visit resulted in the vet finding a UTI. You processed it as the reason for the visit then denied half of the wellness benefits (the urinalysis and bloodwork). So, does this mean that you will continually deny the bloodwork and urinalysis from wellness visits (their annual check ups) if the vet happens to find something? In addition, he has been having a reoccurring muscle soreness in his back legs resulting in limping. each time we brought him to the vet. there was no real diagnosis (which is stated on the title of the claims I submitted) and you denied the medication and vet visits saying that it was a pre-existing condition. Yes, he had a muscle strain previous to me starting his policy. But, they are random. The muscle would heal, just as in a human who strained something because they ran to long (which is what he did). Then you might pull another muscle in the same area, just like he did!! So, does this mean every time he has any issue with his back legs, you will deny the claims because he has had some kind of issue before? The vets have clearly said that there is nothing wrong with his joints, tendons or other. Just strained a muscle. could even be a different muscle in the leg. But you will now consider anything related to that leg as preexisting. Will likely cancel all policies.

Wouldnt bother with this one

Wouldnt bother with this one. Here's why: No phone number = No customer support (except online). When I did find a phone number hidden at the bottom of one web page that I had to hunt and peck through, a pleasant woman answered but really couldnt do much. Not even provide a quote unless you went online. Heaven forbid you should lose access online or have it destroyed in a fire or flood. The chatbot would gleefully keep you in a feedback loop. My advice is to pay for REAL insurance services. I evaluated and compared 3 for home insurance. A regular insurer like TDMeloche - if you have a multi package it was quoted at around 29 per month. Square one was around 14 per month and included REAL phone AND email support. I couldnt even get a quote from these yahoos unless I created an online account. I dont think you can go too much lower in cost per month, but if its a matter of a couple dollars, consider it a cup of coffee for the person who actually answers the phone AND provides helpful, informed SERVICE.

Mr. Kitty is covered.

I am pleased with the policy that I purchased for my beautiful cat Jesse. It gives me assurance that his health is covered just in case. He is so healthy and living the best life possible. I bought coverage for any issue that could happen so he can keep enjoying his happy life.

So thankful for Trupanion!

We've had 2 claims so far with submitted through Trupanion because our big puppy is opportunistic and steals/eats socks. We've been to two ER vet clinic and one submitted the claim for us. The other, I had to pay and then submit to Trupanion. They were awesome both times!! Honestly, I thought the second one would be hard to submit and wait for approval, but they were quick! The documents were easy to upload and the claim processed within 24 hours of all the docs being submitted. We are so glad we purchased this plan, for peace of mind and convenience!
