Poor communication after initial claim.
Poor communication after initial claim. takes to long to get paid and have denied claims in the past that in the end were totally unwarranted which took even longer to get paid. When I'm paying almost $100 a month now I expect better service and communication as to why things are taking way to long.

I have never had to use the benefits of my policy; however, I now think I need to send invoice in. Tried multiple times to create a new account on newly installed app...and to no avail. Called and CS agent was fine,but she couldn't get it to work either. A frustrating experience
