My first claim is staking weeks and its still not resolved. If feels like Even though i pay my bill on time mevery month, Trupanion takes too long to pay my claim and this causes me not to trust Trupanion.

The vet sent the paid invoice to Trupanion. Truoanion processed the claim within 24hrs. The claim was paid and deposited into my bank within 48 hrs.

Trupanion has bugs in their software which wonât allow them to see my account separately from my daughters account.
Trupanion has bugs in their software which wonât allow them to see my account separately from my daughters account. The two are linked but the old account shoukcc so be deleted as the vets are not able to upload claims to the new account. They are also trying to make me pay the deductible twice for the same condition of my pet.

Twice I called about an issue with no resolution.
Twice I called about an issue with no resolution. First time was about 2 weeks ago. The rep kept me on phone 20 mins looking up info and then dropped the call. On 5/09/23 I called again and the rep said sheâd look into the matter and call me on 05/10/23 at 2 pm and she never called back. Itâs frustrating. I am thinking to cancel my insurance
