I have been very pleased with Pets Best Health Insurance. The claim process is quick and easy and gives me peace of mind to keep my furry friend healthy and safe.

Bait and Switch
I had to send the medical records to them 3 times, and my vet had to send twice. Took a month for them to process; constant emails stating they didn't have the information. Now I know why they waited - they were waiting until the lower coverage change I made kicked in so they wouldn't have to pay at 90% (the time of the actual vet visit). I finally threatened to cancel the policy if they didn't complete the claim within 3 days - guess what - they completed it in 2 days after my threat at the lower rate, which is a mistake. I cancelled the policy after the reimbursement went into my bank account.
