Ash's Surgery Preparation

Pets Plus Us has taken great care of Ash and our other cats since we first started doing business with them several years ago. Ash has been dealing with Calcium Oxylate stones and we've been looking for good surgical options given his age. Pets Plus Us has been caring and thorough in their service and with helpful products that are, hopefully, going to lead to a much healthier little furbaby in the near future.

Compassionate provider

We lost our sweet Riley at 14 years and 9 months on 2/25/22. We learned of his passing while away for a weekend. He slept peacefully and was found that way by my father in law during an afternoon siesta. ASPCA called to offer condolences and checked in to see how our family and other furbaby were doing within a few days. We have used this insurance for much of Riley's life and have always been satisfied, but this gesture, during a very difficult time, solidified why we will never go with another pet insurance. We have another dog and just enrolled our newest furbaby with insurance. Thank you ASPCA!

I have been using Pets Best for 2-1/2…

I have been using Pets Best for 2-1/2 years now. I have not once had a problem or ran into any issues with having my claims reimbursed. You do need to be patient with waiting for your claim to be viewed and reimbursed at times, it can be hit and miss with having them done quickly or having to wait a month. Needless to say they always come through. I have a Frenchie (these dogs are high maintenance) and I’m glad I have her covered, had to submit many claims on her.

Do not use their pet insurance

Falsely told us that we would be covered with their insurance and we weren’t. Paid so much out of pocket. Their insurance was a complete scam. Will be cancelling

Easy process for application!

Was very impressed with the process of acquiring cottage insurance. It was easy to follow and complete. And the quote was less than other quotes I got from other brokers. I look forward to doing business with Sonnet. Hopefully I will not need to put in a claim but the piece of mind makes me feel good.

In this economy I couldn’t afford to pay the bill if my dog was hurt.

I have been looking for an affordable insurance for my service dog. Two pinion is the only insurance that I found that directly pays the vet so I do not have to use my credit cards if my dog is hurt or get sick. The fact that they pay the vet directly is a lifesaver when money is so tight as it is in this economy.
