THIS PET INSURANCE IS A FRAUD. I PAID $1500 IN PREMIUMS AND $1500 IN IN DEDUCTIBLE FEES TO GET BACK $2,100. THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME BEFORE DENTAL SURGERY TO MAKE SURE I GOT IT DONE BEFORE 4/12 SO IT WOULD BE UNDER THE RENEWAL DATE SO I WOULD GET BACK 90%. FOR A SURGERY THAT COST ME $2,200 THEY PAID ME $656.94. THEY SAID IT WAS PREEIXSTING. VET DISAGREES AND I HAVE THE RECORDS TO PROVE IT. DON'T FALL FOR THIS. THEY CALL EVERYTHING PREEXISTING TO NOT PAY. I AM 75 YEARS OLD AND THEY SCAMMED ME. I AM SO UOSET I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I AM GOING TO PAY THIS BILL.

Huge Piece of Mind for your Pet
Pumpkin Pet Insurance has been amazing since the moment we got them! Our pup had to have major spine surgery performed, or else he would have been left paralyzed and eventually dead. Having Pumpkin Pet Insurance gave us the piece of mind we needed to commit financially to his surgery. Every claim we submitted, even the larger ones, were processed within a week and we had money in the bank in less than two weeks. I would absolutely, 1,000% (and have) recommend Pumpkin Pet Insurance to anyone who is looking for that coverage on their fur baby!

Bought this insurance in February for a…
Bought this insurance in February for a healthy pup. Had an annual exam with shots, etc... on April 7th. Sent all information in that day. I did not own the dog last year (it was rehomed to me by a client). Now, almost a month later, they are needing Vet records for going back a year. When, this was a normal annual exam. Slow rolling insurance company, and well, I am really disappointed after the reviews I saw, that helped me select this. Keep getting, the old we are backed up on claims. If they really needed a year prior of records, they should have required that before even insuring my dog, or let me know it would speed up claims. I am not even sure I have official access to my dogs prior vet records.

I was have been paying SpotPet…
I was have been paying SpotPet insurance for over five years. They’Bebe are partly to blame for the death of my dog she was sliced while I was on the phone with them they did not want to honor the contract. They found every excuse possible not to treat my dog causing her demise. I paid them $1000 of dollars over the years and now they refuse to pay reimburse me coming with all kind of loopholes in our coverage. They are prepared to find any excuse that doesn’t apply to your dogs ailments. I am starting a class action lawsuit against them. Slow to pay out claim
I’ve been with Pets Plus Us since getting my Puppy. I have made very few claims in the past 12 years.They’re slow to reimburse. My vet doesn’t have their claim forms, hence I have to take the form home & apply for my reimbursement. They are always asking for more details from the vet, which is a delay tactic. Holding my payment longer than necessary. I would not recommend this Company.

We had an emergency Christmas evening when I returned home. The claim process, while it did take about a month, was easy and we were reimbursed what was expected with our coverage! Wont find me without pet insurance for our fur babies again!
