Self serve is nice
It was quick to get and set up. The second I need to amend anything online, the system is always down or I get errors. Update - everything is good now .

We got our baby Albi in December
We got our baby Albi in December, we instantly got insurance for him. I can’t say enough how great this insurance is!!! It’s has covered more than I could of imagine. Albi had to have a surgery on his eye. The amount we received back has more than paid for the cost of the insurance. Thank you Pet Best I really appreciate you.

You sent me three notices that my credit card was declined, when it was not. You cancelled my plan when I have a receipt. Additionally when I asked your text rep a question about stomach tacking she basically didn't know the answer, giving me a maybe as an answer. Wow!

Pissed off and ripped off
I was having a very easy and Efficient time when I was getting the insurance for my truck and once all don there was a higher weight off my shoulders. And I paid the premium in full The next day I received a email saying insurance was canceled with no explanation at all. Very disappointed in this also I haven’t received a full refund at all

So glad I called!!!
I had some questions about a claim and called the customer support line. I was speaking with an actual person in just a few minutes. The representative was very friendly and made sure that all of my questions were answered thoroughly and accurately. She was able to email me all the information needed to process my claim while on the phone with me. She stayed on the phone with me for almost 45 minutes and made sure that I understood and received everything via email before getting off the phone. I am highly satisfied with the customer service, and I will not hesitate to call again!

Limited customer service
Products and premiums are okay. But the customer service is none existing. I tried to get in touch with a “real person / representative” and it not possible despite +30 minutes of waiting! The chat bots will not help you much.
