Great Service
Pets Best insurance has been phenomenal. We’ve been customers for over 10 years now, with multiple small claims and three major illnesses. Throughout every situation, we’ve been able to make the best medical decisions without having to worry about financial impact as Pets Best has never pushed back on any claim. I can’t recommend them enough to any pet parent!
WORST PET INSURANCE COMPANY EVER - NEVER EVER GET IN THEIR TRAP
I’m forced to give 1 star to write this, but make no mistake: Pets Plus Us deserves a ZERO. I have been waiting since January 30th for a claim to be processed. It is now mid-April. In that time, they have happily taken my premium payments without delay, yet they refuse to pay out what is owed. I have chased them via phone and email for months, and all I get is a "we're working on it" email 75 days later. This is predatory. They bank on you giving up or forgetting about the money. Do not let the "cute" branding fool you—they are unprofessional, unresponsive, and effectively holding my reimbursement hostage. NEVER EVER GET TRAPPED BY THIS COMPANY.
