Angel’s Life with Trupanion
Trupanion was there for us at the very start. At 17 months our puppy was diagnosed with encephalitis the swelling of the brain. She was very sick for the 6 years she was with us. Trupanion was there every step of the way, from extremely expensive tests and regular monthly medication‘s that without insurance would’ve been over $400 a month Trupanion covered everything. They never tried to get out of their responsibilities with the coverage that we bought. Every time we would call Trupanion, every customer service representative was kind, supportive, and was willing to do what it was ever necessary to make sure our baby was taken care of. Trupanion made a horrible situation tolerable, knowing that whatever was needed medically for our puppy was taken care of. Our dog died before turning seven when the life expectancy of her breed was 13 to 15 years of age. It was totally unexpected, but when I called Trupanion to notify them of the passing of our “Angel”they were so compassionate and empathetic. It was unbelievable, within the next few days, a company representative called to extend their condolences and sent us a very kind card. These are intangibles that you cannot put a dollar figure on. When my family was ready to get another dog Trupanion what is the first and only insurance company we contacted to insure our newest family member. I would highly recommend them for your furry family member.
