Great Customer Service
Since having this as my pet insurance I have had interactions with staff that were very helpful in ensuring my claims were submitted correctly. They are consistently patient and professional when assisting with all of my claims. They also eliminated unnecessary paperwork that was previously required. I would highly recommend this pet insurance for your animals.

Highly Recommend Figo
We got our first dog and asked our insurance agent for pet insurance recommendations; Figo was number one. Unfortunately, our fur baby was diagnosed with parvo and spent two nights in the hospital, with a large bill. Figo made it easy to submit a claim and it was processed quickly. We renewed with Figo when our policy was ending…never thought of going anywhere else.

Simple and easy, needs more coverage
Simple and straight forward claim process. Friendly local community of users. Allows me to pay annually at a discount rather than a higher monthly rate. Only disappointing thing is that they max out at 80% reimbursement. I’d gladly pay more if they offered a 90% reimbursement plan.

Figo won’t pay out anything
We have been having lung issues with our dog Winston and Figo hasn’t covered a cent. We’ve been extremely disappointed as this is truly the type of stuff we got insurance for.

This is the first time I’ve had pet insurance
This is the first time I’ve had pet insurance so I was not sure about this company or how claims were to be done. There was some confusion on the paperwork needed, but I called customer service and was able to speak with a real person concerning what was needed. I spoke with three reps who were really good listeners, interested and concerned with my questions/issues, and communicated with the claims department on the mix-ups. They were top notch! Really cared about getting things right. The claims processing is 20-40 days, and even with all the paperwork issues the claims were paid within that timeframe. I might add this was a complicated claim as it involved an emergency hospital visit, two additional vets, and an orthopedic specialist vet. I’m happy I went with Best Pets and plan to continue. Thank you Best Pets!
