Thankful for Trupanion
I recommend your company to all of my friends with pets. The most recent experience with the actual claim process was very appreciated. My wife passed away February 2021, Michelle always took care of the claims. I did not realise how much was covered until I inquired. It was a very satisfying experience, considering all of the claims I had not filed since Micâs passing. If only the main stream, human health care system, and insurance companies were as easy and straight forward to deal with. As a business owner for over 30 years, they could all learn a lot from your business model and excellent attitude your phone / claims representatives project. Thanks Again! ~ Best Paul Stringer

I'm glad the Vet Tech knew Trupanion
I looked at the policy literature and did not believe that my dog's surgery was a covered expense. Luckily the vet tech put in the claim for me and it was actually covered. If I hadn't said anything, they wouldn't have done that and I wouldn't have been reimbursed.
