The worst insurance company ever
The worst insurance company ever! I tell all my friends and family not to even consider using this company. If you are involved in an accident, they don’t pay you a rental car, accident package or your car, even if your car was a write-off.They don't help you at all, it's been 8 months we've been waiting for a solution in our case without any help from them. Our mental health went downhill because all this situation. We don't have a car anymore but we still have to make the payments otherwise they'll send us to collection and write a bad note on our insurance. BEWARE usually cheap ends up very expensive. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Glad I have pet insurance!
I’ve been with Trupanion for many years.. I had my first dog with them and he had many issues and Trupanion was a huge help.. they saved us a lot of money .. granted the premiums can be high which mine were over time living in Alberta the last increase was something like 30% but after my beloved dog passed away we eventually got another dog and he’s also with Trupanion.. once again the premiums are high but he also has issues so we will be saving and have saved alot already and it’s only been 9 months..the only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because I believe they could do better with how the premiums increase every year.

Great health insurance
I have this insurance for 3 of my dogs. My 11 month old puppy developed a pancreatic abscess that had to be treated at a university veterinary school. He had surgery and 2 additional emergency admissions into the ICU. One was for an ulcer caused by the pain medicine and an infection. The surgeon could find NOTHING that caused the abscess. Pet's Best paid 80% of my $11,000+ bill. I have also used their coverage for my other 2 dogs. One has congenital elbow dysplasia and the other has tendonitis of the shoulder. I am SO thankful I have Pet's Best. They pay quickly and have never questioned any of my claims. I always try to supply all the necessary information that they need to process my claim.

Trupanion is a life saver literally for…
Trupanion is a life saver literally for my puppy. We have spent well over $6k to save my puppy’s life and they covered 90% minus the $500 deductible. I will never have young dogs without having Trupanion insurance. Not only did they cover 90% minus a deductible, I got my money within a week after my claim. Thank you so much for being there for us Trupanion! Dawn Bates from Colorado
