Excellent customer service and quick and simple claims process

Terrible company
Terrible company was canceled all because I wanted to get a quote to add someone to my policy. Went online to do it and ended up having my entire policy canceled. After I payed a ridiculous $700 fee just to get a policy. All for it to be canceled. Agent advised me my 3 documents of proof wasn't enough and wanted me too write a letter as another form of proof which the request was very over the top. Ive shared this experience with family and colleagues and they've all agreed this company is terrible

My pooch was there and then he wasn’t!!!
I was out in my yard with my pooch while I was watering my garden. I got distracted and then was not able to find him. A neighbor found him and saw his tag and contacted FIGO. I received a text that she found him and I was able to contact her immediately and got my dog back! Thankyou FIGO!!

So Thankful!
I am so grateful that I had this insurance. My dog and I were attacked by two off-leash dogs. My girl held her own (Great Pyrenees), however, after the owner finally got her dogs under control and leashed, my Miss Daisy walked away with a rear leg limp. Subsequent diagnosis indicated a damaged CCL and a TPLO surgery was recommended. Needless to say, I was devastated by this news. I was fully aware of the cost, time, and energy involved with this procedure having worked at a vet hospital for many years. From the beginning, ASPCA Pet Health responded promptly to my claims. Once there was a claim date mix-up, but their customer service team corrected the error and paid the claim promptly. I originally bought this policy because I thought my young dog would eventually eat something foreign and require a surgery. She grew out of that phase and at one time, I considered canceling the policy. Thank goodness I did not! After this ordeal, I will never be without pet insurance. I tell all my friends about this company and how they saved both me and my girl. Knowing there was financial support really helped me get through this trying time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
