Worst insurance for pets
Worst insurance for pets. I have paid out thousands in vet bills and they found a reason to not cover then they cancelled both of my pets coverage when I requested they only cancel the deceased pets policy and when I asked to reinstate they said my pet needed to go thru the approval process again. My dogs a senior so they knew what they were doing when they canceled her policy.

Healthy Paws, the Right Choice
Our doodle had emergency surgery. We submitted the claim to Healthy Paws with the documentation including diagnosis and Xrays and lab tests. The Vet's office submitted the visit notes and details. Healthy Paws covered 90% of all expenses minus standard office visit and deductible, according to the plan outline, and we had a reimbursement check mailed to us within 5 days of submitting the claim. Then, we received a follow-up letter from Healthy Paws making an inquiry regarding our dog's recovery. There were no surprises. We are very grateful to Healthy Paws for honoring the commitment and for the speedy reimbursement. We made an excellent choice of insurance providers. We wish for our pet's well being, but it is comforting to know the insurance coverage is there in case it is needed. Larry and Jane, California

Well I am not pleased with how Trupanion determined my recent claim.
Well, I am not pleased with how Trupanion determined my recent claim. A phone call to me or to Have A heart Animal Hospital could have saved frustration and time. Since the diagnosis was not included when the invoice was sent a call should have been in order, But I feel that Trupanion decided on Murphy's without doing it properly.
