I am new to pet insurance and have been very happy with my ManyPets plan. I have had 3 claims. My dog cut his foot on glass and had to have stitches and pain medicine. ManyPets covered it. I have wellness in my plan. My dog just had his annual wellness exam and updated vaccines. ManyPets covered it. I hope we don't have any more injuries or illnesses. I have always had dogs with many vet bills to pay. It is nice to have support for the unexpected. Customer service is exceptional. I have called several times with questions as a new customer.

Feels like a scam
Feels like a scam. Signed up for a high coverage including preventive care platinum. Out of a $400 claim, they only send you $100. You pay more than that monthly. Definitely not worth having Spot. Reply back to Spot: that’s because I cancelled last week. You can’t look up recently cancelled accounts? You still have an outstanding payment too.

I have never had pet insurance before. The turn around time from submitting the claim to reimbursement was 24 hours! Wish people’s insurance was as quick!

Easy and Worth it!
Healthy Paws has been such a life saver for us with our pets after we have had emergencies. Claims are seamless and the customer support is top notch! They always check in to see how my babies are doing. Would recommend to everyone I know!
This is horrible pet insurance
This is horrible pet insurance! Having a $600 vet bill with full coverage, I received under SIX dollars. I even donate to the SPCA. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone!!

The worst Pet insurance
I only wish I had read the reviews.Same problems there is what I am having.For two years I did not file any claims but my payment was drawn from my account .Filed a claim and was sent through so many run around it is ridiculous. The worst experience.Takes jumping through hoops and 15 days to process is a joke or scam I waited two years and money on a scam. If you are thinking of enrollment in this pet insurance. Two years I never filed a claim. And before care what you say to their customer service people. I am not missing anything you pay upfront And no I will not contact you to discuss anything but getting my money for no claims for two years.Contact me then .I am turning it over to my lawyer.

I had active insurance, and got screwed over.
I had active insurance for months, I sent them a claim, they stated to me that the claim would be approved and that I could still cancel my account since my insurance was active after the date of my claim. They ended up cancelling my account instantly, actually, they somehow put down that my account was never active, which makes 0 sense, so they didn't approve my claim. I ended up getting screwed because of their incompetence. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Also tried to dispute through my bank, but that got denied, because all they can see on their end was that I didn't have active service at all, which is a lie, but the only thing I had as proof was a phone-call.
