Rates are good. Unsure about the claims process.
The rates are good, but a real indication of whether an insurance company is good is when you need to make a claim. Until then, the verdict is still out. Hopefully I never need to make a claim.

Got full coverage for our puppy. When i filed claims, very little was actually covered. I've spent hundreds on vet bills AND insurance and got $80 back :( I'm feeling if I take all the money I'm paying in premiums and put it in an account, I'll come out ahead of paying monthly premiums...
