Healthy Paws is great!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been fantastic to deal with. We recently had to put in several claims for our dog, Benjamin, and the claim filing process is super easy. The reimbursement checks arrived really fast and customer service followed up with me to see how Ben was doing which I thought was a very nice touch. Thank you Healthy Paws!

They won’t pay
This company looks for any excuse not to pay. Our puppy had an ear infection in the coverage window that resolved itself for a LONG period of time. Never submitted one claim in his first year and then when we submit allergy shots they deny based on previous condition due to the ear infection. So word to the wise. They’ll gladly take your premiums though!!

Flexible, reasonable, and works.
We are very satisfied with Embrace. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful, but the real test of an insurance company is if they pay and Embrace has been exceptional. We chose a high deductible plan (just for serious issues) to keep costs down. Other plans I researched weren’t as flexible and cost more. Cancer turned up in one of our cats which involved two surgeries so far. Embrace kicked in after we reached the deductible and we received the checks promptly. Initially it took awhile for Embrace to get the initial (pre-existing conditions) paperwork from our vet, but since then we submit the invoices online without issue. I will always get basic pet insurance for all our adopted cats from now on, and Embrace is my first choice. Highly recommended.

My cat has been sick
My cat has been sick, we’ve been to the vet and specialist, had numerous tests done. It would have costs us thousands of dollars but Embrace has refunded us most of it in a matter of days after submitting the invoices. My cat is only 2 years old. I never thought he would need expensive testing so young I’m so grateful to have Embrace pet insurance.

SCAM! BEWARE!
Signed up my 6 month old Mini Golden Doodle with Trupanion's Pet Insurance a year ago, today I received an email that my premium is going up 20%. I have never made a claim and they advertise the rate never goes up. They lied to me when I signed up and now increasing my rate for no reason. I have never made a claim. Scam!!
