I tell everyone about how easy it is to work with Trupanion- from claims service to customer service! I always feel as though the person on teh other end of the phone is genuinely concerned about a good outcome for my pet. And the coverages can't be beat.

Claims could be quicker.
Previously I received good service with a good turn around of my claims, however, with the most recent claims it is taking quite some time for their approval. Unfortunately this is an end of life situation and frankly I am running out of credit to continue with his care. This is extremely frustrating for me.
