Website is very easy to use. Our claim was for a planned surgery. Submitted pre authorization which as approved within a week. It only took 2 days from submitting the claim to receiving the reimbursement. I wish my medical insurers were this good.

Pumpkin always answers the phone. I can talk to a human not a robot. They help you right away. They are always responsive to claims and the turnaround is very quick.
