User Interface
User interface for the website and the app are absolute SHIT. Completely glitched, unable to function. If I have to call every time I want to do something on my account, what is the point of having an app or a website with a user portal? FIX YOUR USER INTERFACE.

Healthy Paws is a bait and switch and DO NOT respond in a timely fashion!
I signed up, received my quote, gave ALL of the information I had regarding my new rescue, paid, etc. THEN my dog age something outside and needed to be seen by 2 emergency vets. I paid the deductible and was reimbursed for a small portion. Okay. THEN they decided to raise my rates by almost double because one emergency vet led with ONE of his breeds. He is a rescue that DNA revealed is 48% Bernese and 52% King Charles. Healthy Paws said he would be much larger than I had reported and told me that they do not take DNA results stating that the vet would be the one to determine the breed. What?? My daughter's rescue came back with 8 breeds when a DNA test was done!!! So, a vet can say that a pup has 5% Chihuahua, 10% Lab, and such. NO! I had DNA done to report in good faith. When my vet said he would not even hit 30 pounds, perhaps only 25 (because she is a mindreader) they wouldn't budge at the new price. They put it "under review" so I waited a MONTH and finally just decided it was not worth it because calling a bunch of times, paperwork, resubmitting all of his records was never enough. In the end, it was a big waste of money and time!!!

I've had ASPCA for one of my dogs for 7-8 years now and added our new puppy. It was quick and easy. The price was great and I have faith that she is covered well.

Unfair policy review: Permanent exclusion for a fully cured, 2-year-old resolved injury.
Embrace Pet Insurance refuses to remove exclusion for a fully resolved injury with 2 years of clear medical records.Текст:I am writing this review to warn other pet owners about Embrace's unfair Medical History Review process. My cat, Leo (Policy No. EP0102-9957), underwent a successful fracture repair in May 2024. Due to a minor pin migration, the surgical hardware (IM pin) was completely and safely removed on August 26, 2024.For nearly two years, Leo has been completely symptom-free, requires no medication, and has normal clinical function. His most recent routine exam from May 23, 2026, explicitly states: "Ambulatory x 4, no lameness noted. Pet is ambulating well, no issues seen in all 4 limbs. Healthy pet."I submitted a formal appeal with full veterinary charts from Oaks Veterinary Urgent Care proving complete clinical resolution. However, the appeals specialist (Jennifer H.) and the claims management team (Ashley Mlinarik) denied the request, citing strict pre-existing terms. They treat a temporary, fully cured mechanical issue (a removed pin) as a permanent chronic condition. If your pet has ever had a fully resolved injury prior to the policy start date, do not expect Embrace to act reasonably or honor their guidelines regarding temporary conditions. I will be taking my business to a competitor that differentiates between chronic illnesses and fully cured injuries.

I submitted for the years for June 2025 through June 2026 for over $1.500 of claims and they paid me $25.00 yes Twenty five dollars. They said that rest had PREEXISTING CONDITIONS. I can not believe that I am the ONLY PERSON THAT DIDNT GET THEIR BILLS PAID.
