paying over 200.00 a ,month and they will no longer cover for allergies because we reached the max benefit of $7000.00. so in other words if she had this as a puppy it would have only covered her for maybe 7 years. she had ear infection and they did not cover because they said it falls under allergies. Vet said it was not allergies. Would not recommend Pets Best. It is not good for the life of the pet as they state in their ad. We have had pets best insurance since 2011, but when pet gets old and starts having issues coverage stops on many things because of cap on benefits. Very unhappy with them, they also take forever to process and pay claims,

I have been dealing with Nationwide for a few years now and they have always been easy to deal with. I recently added a new pet and they misdiagnosed a pre-existing condition. I called and got Miranda and she was super helpful and made the dispute process easy (and entertaining). I will continue to use Nationwide for as long as I can and will request Miranda specifically anytime I can.

Healthy Paws- Healthy Wallet and Healthier pets!!
Honestly, thank God for Healthy Paws. My cat went through a whole month of serious health scares- we thought we were gonna lose him! He spent almost two whole weeks in the hospital (which can be so expensive) and then needed a complex surgery done! Thankfully, Healthy Paws makes it very easy and user friendly to file claims and get in contact with a representative so that we didn’t have to worry even more during an extremely stressful time. They even offered a direct payment option for the surgery, which saved us from not making rent during this time. So thankful for all that they do, and they really care about your pets!
