Very Straightforward Claims Process
We got our dachshund just over 4 years ago and when we did we were warned to get pet insurance because they notoriously have back problems. Well, I'm glad we did because he ended up needing major surgery to fix a slipped disc. When it came time to make our claim, the process was straightforward and easy. They made it very clear what documents I needed to provide and where we were at in the process. I believe I was paid out within a week or two of submitting the claim!

Pleasantly Surprised with Awesome Customer Service
I signed up and had a few claims for gastro and then eyelid issues/surgery for my puppy. Claims were easy to submit and processed quickly. I had some issues with getting a reimbursement to process, but no fault of Furkin's. My bank's transit number issue, but I hadn't noticed the money hadn't been deposited. So Furkin had reached out to me to follow up and make sure I was getting my money back. I love that an insurance company is actually calling to make sure they pay me! The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The price for the coverage is fantastic, but I will see what the rates look like as my pup ages.

Daily allergy medication coverage.
My dog has allergies and requires daily medicine. I have never had an issue getting my coverage, minus my deductible. Easy online claims where you upload the paid bill and the company processes it and deposits your funds directly into your acccount. Easy peasy.
